Obituary of Barbara Jean Masters

Barbara Masters

(nee Fairey)

Passed away at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Monday August 14^th, 2023 at the age of 87 years.

She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Kim Hamilton (Stephen) and Geoffrey Masters.  Cherished grandma to Kristin, Steffanie (Kyle), Chase (Sarah), Chad (Sam), Taila, Corey (Sarah), Kyle, Kurtis and Matthew and great-grandma of Rhett, Ty, Sadie, Dillon, Caleb, Caleb, Carter, Cameron, Rhett, Justin, Wes & Pierce.  She will be sadly missed by her longtime partner Murray Walton and Brother Robert (Barbara).  Barb was predeceased by her son, Christopher; parents Jeane & Ernest Fairey and brother Edward (Ted) Fairey.

At Barb’s request, cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held at Bowmanville Cemetery on Thursday August 24^th at 2 pm, where she will be interred with her son.  Arrangements entrusted to NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division St. N. Bowmanville.
