I'm so sorry for the loss of Billy. I don't measure the the length of time i knew Bill but how connected i felt to him,he was a loving and caring man and everyone who knew or met Billy loved him and he touched everyones heart, Billy had the most caring beautiful blue eyes and he spoke to us through them, he had a smile that would warm your heart. As long as we keep his memories alive in our hearts he will always be with us.
