Obituary of Deirdre Mary Theresa Sterling

Deirdre Sterling

Born August 9, 1955, passed suddenly on August 13, 2019.

She will be greatly missed by her daughters Maire and Meaghan (Mike). Her three granddaughters Kayla, Claire and Kristen will sadly miss their Nan. She will be fondly remembered by her siblings Mary And Pat and was the first in her family to be born in Canada. She spent her career proudly as a dental hygienist. She loved fishing, family and spending time with her church family at St Joseph’s in Bowmanville. Her ability to light up the room she walks into, will be painfully absent for all the friends and relatives who knew her.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at ST. JOSEPH’S ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH, 127 Liberty Street South on Tuesday August 20^th at 11 am.  In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made to Diabetes Canada.   Arrangements entrusted to NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division Street. Bowmanville, Ontario.
