Obituary of Grace Ann Moffat

(nee Borg) Passed away peacefully, with family by her side, on Friday, August 12, 2016, at Peterborough Regional Healthcare Centre, at age 54. Loving mother of Virginia (Chris) Graham-Tate, Ronald Hawkins, Leanna Moffat (Sean Maley), and the late William Moffat. Loved nana of Kennedy, Payton, Brady, and Madison. Beloved partner of Allan Walsh. Cherished daughter of Mary and the late Angelo Borg. She will also be missed by her many siblings, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
