Age 41 years Passed away suddenly on Saturday January 11, 2014 Dear mother of Michelle and James. Adored daughter of Keith & Lee Miller and dear sister of Heather & her husband Darren La Belle. Cherished aunt of Haley La Belle. Tracie will be lovingly remembered by her many aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends. Tracie loved art and had tremendous talent, even after losing the ability to use her right hand, she taught herself to write and draw with her left hand. She will be remembered as the Creator of the Facebook group, Artists with Disabilities.
