Visitation will be held at NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division Street, Bowmanville, on Friday, October 16, 2015, from 10-11 am. A Service to Celebrate StuartÂ’s Life will be held in the Chapel at 11 am. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or to Spinal Cord Injury Ontario.
