Visitation will be held at NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division St. N. Bowmanville on Friday December 16, 2016 from 2 – 4 & 7 - 9 pm. A Service to Celebrate Jim’s Life will be held in the Chapel on Saturday December 17, 2016 at 11 am. Memorial donations may be made to St. Michael’s Hospital and The Heart & Stroke Foundation.
