Retired from the Municipality of Clarington after 36 years of service Passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Wednesday October 24, 2012 with his family by his side. Beloved husband and best friend of Eveline for over 49 years. Dear father of Robert (Janet), George and Evelyn. Dear grandpa of Christopher, Stephanie, Melody, Kyle and Dylan.

Service

Visitation will be held at the NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division St. N. Bowmanville, on Saturday October 27, 2012 from 10- 11am. A Service to Celebrate Joe’s life will follow in the Chapel at 11 am. Interment Bowmanville Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association.
