Obituary of Gerardus Talsma

In his 85th year After a brief battle with cancer, Gerry peacefully passed into Heaven to be with his Lord and Saviour on Tuesday February 17, 2015. He leaves to mourn his devoted wife, Diane; his children Marg & Lloyd, Kathy & Adrian, Ray & Debbie, Carol & Andrew, Mary & Clarence; his grandchildren Jason & Brenda, Stephanie & Dylan, Jon & Kristin, David, Gordon, Tina & Jake, Eric, Ryan, Kirsten, Ashley and Dane, Jeremy; his great-grandchildren Alder, Linden, Aspen, Cypress, Nevaeh and Owen; Diane’s children Tim, Maribeth, Kathy & Rodger, Rose & Bill and David; Diane’s grandchildren Sidney, Preston, Jenna & Steve, Robert, Ryan, Korina, Ben, Josh; Diane’s great-grandchildren Henley and Keegin. Gerry also leaves behind many in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends. Gerry is predeceased by his first wife Joan, his parents and siblings.
