Age 81 years Passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Saturday February 5, 2011. Beloved husband of the late Gloria Jean (nee Good). Loving father of Shirley Stinson of Belleville, Mark Howard of Oshawa, Bev Howard of Bowmanville, James Howard of Bowmanville and Cindy (Bob) Bickle of Bowmanville. Cherished grandfather of William (Cheryl) Stinson, Jennifer Stinson, James Howard Jr. , Gloria Howard, Amanda Bickle, Kathy Bickle, Shawn Bickle, Bobby Bickle and great-grandfather of Christine Stinson, Jesse Stinson, Colles Howard and Cairo Howard. Dear brother of Albert Howard of Belleville, Stan Howard of Havelock, Edna Howard of Toronto, Faye Kruk of Hamilton and the late Carl Howard. Predeceased by his parents, William James & Lottie Howard. Visitation will be held at THE NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division St. Bowmanville on Monday February 7, 2011 from 12pm -1pm. A Legion Service will be held in the Chapel at 1 pm, followed by a Funeral Service. Interment Bowmanville Cemetery.
