Obituary of Joanne Hamers

(nee Kolsteren) Age 79 years Longtime CWL Member Suddenly, yet peacefully, Joanne passed away on Monday December 5th, 2016 at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville Beloved wife of Stan for 55 years. Loving mother of Cathy & her husband Ugo Chiodo, Gerald Hamers & his wife Colleen and Connie Hamers. Cherished Oma of Catrina, Alicia, Emma & Kate. Dear sister of Ben (Thea), Sjef and Jan (Annie). Joanne was predeceased by her parents Gerard & Johanna Kolsteren, sister Nellie (Jan) and brothers Matt and Gerard and sister in law, Netty. Her sisters in law, Maja Kolsteren, Sandra Kolsteren and Gidi Hamers as well as her many nieces & nephews and many, many friends will forever miss her.
