Obituary of Edward Phillipe Fracz

October 26, 1953 – April 10th, 2014 Age of 60 The proprietor of the famous Fresh Cut Fries, passed away suddenly in the arms of his wife of 33 years in Barbados. Ed is survived by his beloved wife Izabelle and his loving sons Phil (Heather) and Andrew; his Mom Mary; his brothers Joe (Mary), Steve (Karen), Stan (Paula), Walter (Deb) and his sister Christine Caldwell (Leo). He will be deeply missed by his grandchildren Melissa, Alexandra, Samantha and little Nathen, his wrestling buddy. Not only was Eddy well known in the machinery trade for his creative ideas, but he was famous for his passion and building of his dream for the best fries in town. His other hobbies, one of antique and performance cars, has been embedded in his children and will be cherished forever. Memories of his successful years in demolition derby’s as the “Pac Man”, has been embraced by his boys with successes… stay tuned. Eddy’s heart of gold and generosity cannot be replaced. He would move mountains for everyone. As he is now on his mountain top looking down on us, we will have his rays of kindness and love upon us, giving us strength through this difficult journey. Ed will be missed by many, many friends (especially his close buddies) who have many memories to keep. A caring husband, loving father and devoted grandfather, he will be forever in our hearts.

Service

Visitation will be held at NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division Street North, Bowmanville, on Monday April 21, 2014 from 1 – 4 & 6 – 9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday April 22, 2014 at 11 am. Interment will follow at Thornton Cemetery. If desired, Memorial Donations may be made to the Habitat for Humanity, or the Durham Region Humane Society.
