Beloved son of Kim Carlson and Michael Connolly. Cherished brother of Amber Connolly (Luke Balvers), Kevin Connolly and April Connolly. Loving uncle of Kaylee, Karly & Michael Balvers. Dear grandson of Vera & Mike Crebar and the late Mae & Dick Carlson. Fondly remembered by his friend, Charles Trask. Dear nephew to Rick Carlson, Don Connolly and Rob Connolly.

Visitation will be held at NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division Street Bowmanville, on Thursday January 24th from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. A Celebration of Jeff’s life will be held in the Chapel on Friday January 25th at 11 am. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made to The Hospital for Sick Children or The Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada.
