Obituary of Helen Spackman

HELEN “ELLA” SPACKMAN Age 76 years Peacefully passed away at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Sunday April 22, 2012. Beloved mother of Pamella (Frank) Huhn and David Spackman (Laurie Blaind). Loving grandmother of Stephanie, Ashley (Nathan), Riley, Regan, Morgan and great-grandmother of Baby Ellie. Cherished sister of George & Margaret Hutchison and Jack & Margaret Hutchison. She will be sadly missed by her closest friend Janet Easton. Special Thank you to Dr. Weir, Nurses Bob, Alicia, Helen, Shirley and Nurse Jakki and all the 6th Floor- Oncology staff at Lakeridge Health Oshawa.
