Obituary of Gladys Betty Jean Brown

Peacefully passed away at Glen Hill Strathaven, on Friday December 16, 2016, at the age of 83 years. Beloved wife of the late Murray, Loving mother of Robert (Louanne), Valerie (David) Willard, Debra, and Angela (Mike Riesberry). Dear grandma of Robert (Maureen), Amber (Jeremy) Fowlke, James, Shayne and great grandma of Etta, Taylor, Lincoln, Jaxon and Charlie. Cherished sister-in-law of John (Edith), Phyllis Turner and Jean Johnson. Predeceased by her siblings Ila, Ora, Morley, and Marion. Betty will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, and the Carew family.

Visitation will be held at THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER-DAY SAINTS, 7 Pethick Street, Bowmanville, on Tuesday December 20, 2016 from 10- 11 am. A Funeral Service will follow at 11am. Interment Mount Lawn Memorial Gardens. Memorial donations may be made to Glen Hill Strathaven or Bowmanville Hospital Foundation through the NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division Street, Bowmanville.
