Obituary of Frank Joseph Tremblay

Passed away at Hillsdale Terraces on August 25^th, 2023 at the age of 88 years

Much loved husband of Irene for almost 63 years.  Loving dad to Karen (Jim) McIlroy and Ed Tremblay (Maureen).  Cherished Grandpa to Ryan (Lindsay), Brad (Shelby) & Carley (Darryl) and Gramps to Madeline and Taylor.  Adoring GGPa of Bryant, Owen, Riley, Lilah-Mae, Holden and Kaleb.

Frank was born in Saint-Louis de Kent, New Brunswick to Charles & Margaret Tremblay, his childhood was not an easy one, but it helped to shape him into a strong, hard working man.  During Peace Times, Frank was enlisted with the Canadian Armed Forces, trained as a parachuter.  He later found a career as a high rise window cleaner in Toronto and owned his own business.  He was an incredible chef & baker, treating family and friends to many delicious meals and treats.  He will be dearly missed by all his family and friends.

A private celebration of life with family and friends will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division St. N. Bowmanville. Memorial Donations may be made to The Alzheimer’s Society.
