With her daughters by her side, Jean passed away peacefully at Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay on June 21st, 2023 at the age of 85 years.
Much loved mother of Jo-Anne Vaughan, Judy (Norm) Elliott and Jennifer Randell. Adoring Nana of Candice (Don), Danielle (Matt), Riley (Nicole), Joseph (Lindsay) and Nicole (Gary) and GiGi to Chloe, Gryphon, Bella, Rayden, Cooper, Mackenzie, Ella, Tucker, Aubrey, Elliott, Layne, Lily, Owen, Jason and Ryder. Dear sister of Marion Faryna. She will be lovingly remembered by her extended family and many friends. Jean was predeceased by her son Ronald, daughter Margaret (stillborn), parents William & Margaret Lawrie and husband Bill Holroyd.
Visitation will be held at NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division St. N. Bowmanville on Monday June 26th from 12 – 1 pm. Funeral Service will follow in the Chapel at 1 pm. Cremation to follow with a private Interment at Bowmanville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made to The Hospital for Sick Children.
