Obituary of William Hasiuk

William (Bill) Hasiuk

September 15,1931 - March 27, 2023

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Bill on March 27th at Lakeridge Health Oshawa after a long happy life with family by his side.  Bill was the son of the late Nick and Anna Hasiuk. He was the husband and best friend of Shirley (nee Bromell), father of Jewel (Dave) Johnston, Wayne (Karen) Hicks, grandfather of 4 and great grandfather of 2.

Bill was an avid farmer for many years and made a lot of friends along the way.  

Bill always had a big smile that could mean trouble was coming.  His heart was huge, always three to help someone in need.  Special thanks to Kevin and Nancy who showed Bill a lot of love and care.  

Because of his love for animals, donations to the Humane Society or charity of your choice would be appreciated.

There was a visitation at Northcutt Funeral Home on Tuesday March 28th.  As of Bills request, there will be no service.  A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
