Helen Adele Connolly

(nee MacNeill)

November 20, 1937 – March 19, 2023

Peacefully at Bowmanville Hospital with her family by her side.

Beloved wife of Alfred Connolly of 55 years. Dear mother to Francis, Shelley (Tim) and Shawn.  Also survived by her sister Joan Murphy of Vernon River, PEI and brother David MacNeill of Burlington, ON.  Sister in law to Marie Vessey of Iona, PEI, Dianne Connolly of Montague, PEI and Vincent & Emily Connolly of Oshawa, ON as well as numerous nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her brothers Alfred MacNeill, Charles MacNeill and Francis MacNeill.

Visitation will be held at NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division St. N. Bowmanville on Thursday March 23^rd from 6 – 8 pm.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at ST. JOSEPH’S ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH, on Friday March 24^th at 11 am.  Cremation with private interment at Bowmanville Cemetery at a later date.    Memorial Donations may be made to St. Vincent de Paul.  To view the Mass virtually, please use the link below:
