Olavi Orpana

Born in Viipuri, Finland November 10, 1930

Died in Oshawa, Ontario January 18, 2023

Much loved husband of Olga (nee Davis) for 66 years.  Dear father of Louise (Harold) Dunn, Linda (Dave) Curtis, Lori (Larry) Dooks, David Orpana (Nanci) and Lisa (Roberto) Salvati.  Cherished grandpa of Bryan, Christopher, Derek, Carlos, Andrew, Trevor, Rachelle, Talia, Alicia, Crystal, Julia, Katherine and Lorenzo and great-grandpa of Moza, Willow, Hannah & Brynn.

Pastor Orpana dedicated his life to ministry, right to the very end.  Always giving of himself to help and serve others and he committed his life to that of his Lord and Saviour.

A Private Graveside Service will be held at Thornton Cemetery.  A Memorial Service will be held at a later date, details to follow.  Arrangements entrusted to NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division Street North Bowmanville.  Memorial Donations may be made to ADRA.
