Obituary of Walter Jacob Nanninga

After a lengthy illness, Walter was taken Home to be with his Lord and Saviour on February 21, 2022 at the age of 89 years.

Beloved husband of the late Doreen.  Loving father of John & Carla Nanninga, Trudy & John Wesselius and Lisa & Gord Robertson.  Cherished Opa of Grace, Sarah, Elsa, Lee, Erin, David, Deanna and Erica.  Great-Opa of Amy, Carson, Clara, Liam, Porter, Claire, Aubree, Jade, Jacob, Hudson, Mavis and Ezra.  Survived by his siblings Jannie Meerman, Janneke Nanninga, Geert-jan & Henny Nanninga and Wiep & Bert Bal and predeceased by Elly┼ & Case┼ DePlaa, Bea┼ Meerman, Jaap┼ & Bieny┼ Nanninga and Roelof┼ Nanninga.  He will be lovingly remembered by his nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service will be held at MARANATHA CHRISTIAN REFORMED CHURCH on Thursday February 24^th at 11 am, visitation will be held from 10 - 11 am.
