James William Hamilton

Passed away peacefully at Hillsdale Estates, Oshawa on December 15^th, 2021 at the age of 88 years.

Loving husband of Claudette for 64 years.  Cherished father of Bill Hamilton & his wife Susan, Alex Hamilton & his wife Patricia and Suzanne Hamilton & her husband Barry Rice.  Adored Papa of Brendan (Katie), Natalie, Nicholas, Jennifer (Mike), Melanie (Jordan), Lorne-James and Meaghan.  Loving great-grandfather of Charlotte, Isabelle and Matias.  James was predeceased by his only sister Joan Champion and will be sadly missed by his nephew Wayne Champion.

A Private Family Service will be held.  Interment will be held in the spring of 2022 in Quebec.  Arrangements entrusted to NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division St. N. Bowmanville. Memorial Donations may be made to The Alzheimer’s Society.
