I posted a notice on the Wilmot Creek Facebook site when I heard about Carole’s death. It received some very nice responses. I hope the family have a way of seeing them. We have missed Carole at the various functions she used to attend and are very saddened by her passing.
Sincerely,

Adrian, Alison and families, so sorry to hear of your mum's passing. She was such a caring, loving, friendly lady. I always enjoyed time we spent together. Dog sitting Didi when she was ill, she loved that lil dog. Will miss her but remember her for her kindness.

To Adrian, Alison, and families, I was so saddened to hear of Carole"s passing. We spent many years as friends and neighbours on Elfindale. Carole always had a sunny smile which I will miss greatly. Allan & I were fortunate to have a lovely lunch with Carole at seasons before Covid hit and we always intended to have lunch when Covid ended. Life doesn't always go as planned. Both Allan and Carole have passed but loving memories are there to sustain us. My thoughts and prayers are with you in the days ahead. Jeanne Scott

To Adrian, Allison and your families,
My deepest condolences to you, I am deeply saddened to learn of Carole's passing. She was such an incredible, caring friend. We met when she was referred to me as an Avon customer, and we had an immediate connection as we were both animal lovers. Even though, as she always said, "I'm old enough to be your Mother!" we developed a wonderful friendship, and enjoyed visits in her Wilmot Creek home, at my home, and many lunches out together. Not to mention many chats on the phone and on Facebook. We would always have a giggle when she'd say, "aren't we daft?" as we were both crazy cat ladies. Rest in peace, my friend, I'm so sorry we didn't get to re-connect in person due to pandemic restrictions, but I'm so happy we chatted on the phone a few times after you moved to Seasons. I will never forget you!!

Our condolences to Adrienne, Allison and family's. I have a lot of wonderful memories of Carole, too numerous to describe. Carole always had a gift on our Birthday, loved seeing our Great Grand Children, and of course all the dinners and card games we shared together. Carole insisted that I learn Mah Jong. She was so pleased when I joined her in the card room . When we moved here in Wilmot Creek, she was the first to stop and say hello, and introduce herself. We will always think of her awesome attitude, and wonderful smile. Rest in Peace my friend. Love and prayers to the family.
