Janice Sarah Armstrong

(nee McMillan)

February 12, 1959 – January 3, 2021

With heavy hearts we sadly announce Janice’s sudden passing at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville

Beloved wife of Peter Armstrong.  Loving daughter of Elizabeth & the late George McMillan and adored sister of George McMillan and Laura (Jeff) Waltham.  Loved daughter in law of Marion & the late Daniel Armstrong.  Dear sister in law to Debbie Pollok, Linda Akers and Danny Armstrong.  Janice was a loving aunt to Ian McMillan, Taylor McMillan (Jordan Brown), Jillian Waltham, Scott Waltham Lauren Akers, Robert Devlin, Grant Pollock, Shaun Pollock, Amber Armstrong and Jade Armstrong.

Janice was a long time Dietary Technician at Fairview Lodge in Whitby and loved her time there.  She was a dear friend to many and she will be missed terribly.

Visitation will be held at NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division St. Bowmanville on Friday January 8^th, 2021 from 10 am – 12 pm.  Please note we may only have 10 people in the building at a time due to Covid-19 restrictions, we appreciate your patience.  Masks are mandatory to enter the building.  A Private Family Service will be held at 12:30 pm.  Memorial Donations may be made to The Heart & Stroke Foundation or Diabetes Canada.
