Obituary of Peter Nicholson

PETER NICHOLSON Passed away peacefully on December 13th, 2020 at Strathaven Nursing Home in his 85 year to be with his Lord. Devoted Husband to Sylvia, loving Dad to Kevin (Ronda Nicholson) and Paula, Grand-dad (Pop) to Brittany (Mark Bragg) and Denver, Great-Grandad (Poppa Nick) to Brianna and Braxton, Brother-in-law to Brenda and Diane living in the U.K. Our heartfelt thanks go out to the amazing staff at Strathaven. Peter will be greatly missed by his extended family and friends. For his mischievous sense of humour and sweet smile. Psalms 91 Donations in memory of Peter can be made to the Alzheimer’s Society. A Celebration of Peter’s life will be held at a later date. Remember Me Don’t remember me with sadness, Don’t remember me with tears, Remember all the laughter, We’ve shared throughout the years. Now I am contented That my life it was worthwhile, Knowing that I passed along the way I made somebody smile. When you are walking down the street And you’ve got me on your mind, I’m walking in your footsteps Only half a step behind. So please don’t be unhappy Just because I’m out of sight, Remember that I’m with you Each morning, noon and night.
