Peacefully, Vivian passed away at home on Monday September 2^nd, 2019 in her 94^th year.

Beloved wife of the late Tom Cowan.  Loving mother of Barb (Raye) Wallace and Ellen Cowan (Grant Brock).  She was predeceased by her daughter Lori West (Steve).  Cherished grandma of Vanessa, Adam, Dallas, Lindsey, Cody, Nicola, Sommer & Jennell and great-grandma of Dylan, Maria, Brody, Lola, Taylor, Brooklyn and Rylan.  Dear sister of Pat Masse, George Arlein, Leona Arlein, Betty Chevalier and predeceased by Lorraine Ferguson and Georgianna Paul. 

Visitation will be held at NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division St. Bowmanville, on Monday September 9^th from 2 – 4 & 6 – 8 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at ST. JOSEPH’S ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH, 127 Liberty Street South Bowmanville on Tuesday September 10^th at 11 am. Interment Bowmanville Cemetery.  Memorial donations may be made to Bowmanville Memorial Hospital Foundation or Parkinson Canada.
