Obituary of Alma Eileen Smith

In loving memory of ALMA EILEEN SMITH Peacefully, surrounded by her family on Wednesday afternoon, April 10th, 2013, in her 87th year. Loving wife of Herbert (Bob) William Smith for 64 years. Caring mother of Paul Andrew (Shelagh) and Sharon Elizabeth. Adored Nana of Alyson Elizabeth (Steven) and Christopher Robert. Dear sister of Alan (Jackie) and Alfie (Eileen). Predeceased by her brother, David (Susan). Fondly remembered by family and friends in England and Canada. Alma was dedicated to her family and friends. She enjoyed playing badminton, tai chi, dancing and spending time with her loved ones.

Service

Visitation will be held at the NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division Street Bowmanville, on Saturday April 20th 2013 from 12pm – 1 pm. A Memorial Service will follow in the Chapel at 1 pm. A tree and small garden will be planted this summer in memory of Alma and her unconditional love for her family. Fondly remembered by family and friends in England and Canada. Memorial Donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
