Obituary of Michael Gaitens McKay

Passed away peacefully with his daughter by his side, on Monday, June 24, 2019, age 81.

Loving partner of Lorna Turner. Loved father of Ron (Gisela), Heather (Kevin), and Craig (Sheri). Proud Papa of Corey, Jessica, Alex, Ryan, and Taylor. “Papa with the blue shirt” to great grand twins Jenna and Nicholas. Special uncle to Rose Park. Will be dearly missed by family and friends both here and in Scotland. Heartfelt gratitude for the care and compassion of the 4^th floor staff at Lakeridge Health Oshawa. 

Friends will be received for a Celebration of Life at THE WHEELHOUSE, Wilmot Creek, Newcastle, ON, on Friday, July 5^th from 1 pm to 4 pm. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Salvation Army.
