Peacefully went Home to be with her Lord and Saviour on Wednesday October 31, 2018

Beloved wife of the late Bill Smit.  Dear mother of Lydia Smit, William Smit, Randy Smit (Tanya Parent) and Richard Smit (Melissa Burns).  Loving Oma of Matthew, Michelle, Martene, Tabitha, Christian, Mitchell, Simon and Josephine.  Dear sister of Tetje Muizelaar (the late Hienze), Rinke (Annie) Snyder, Loes (Simon) Pols, Annie Kroondijk (the late Isbraant) and Riekel Snyder (the late Anna).  Dear sister in law of Jan Stienstra, Corrie Snyder, Trudy Snyder and Sandra Smit (the late Gerrit).  Hennie was predeceased by siblings Tina Stienstra, Herman Snyder and Klaas Snyder.  She is lovingly remembered by her many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at REHOBOTH CHRISTIAN REFORMED CHURCH, 130 Scugog Street on Monday November 5, 2018 from 10 - 11 am, Funeral Service will follow at 11 am.  Interment  Bowmanville Cemetery.  Memorial Donations may be made to The Heart & Stroke Foundation.
