Gladys “Em” Stutt

1932 – 2018

It is with deep sadness that the family announces her death on February 27, 2018

Beloved wife of the late Donald Ross Stutt (deceased 2004).  Devoted mother to Michael Stutt and his wife Kim Hunter and Jayne May and her husband Michael May.  Proud Nana to Evan, Rachel, Christopher and Jonathan.  Survived by her sister Irene Witherly and predeceased by Donald, Ralph, Edgar, Ellen and Frank.  Lovingly remembered by her nieces and nephews from both the Stutt and Emerson families.

Remembered by her many friends and former nursing colleagues.  Many thanks to the staff of the Comfort and Care Floor at Lakeridge Health Oshawa.

A Memorial Service will be held at ST. ANDREW’S PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, 47 Temperance Street Bowmanville on Sunday April 22nd, 2018 at 2 pm followed by a reception at the Bowmanville Older Adults Association (26 Beech Avenue, Bowmanville).  In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations in Em’s name may be made to St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church (General Fund) or The Cancer Society.  Arrangements entrusted to NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division St., Bowmanville.
