Obituary of Janneke VandeMeent

In her 87th year Peacefully passed away at Glenhill Strathaven Life Care Centre on Wednesday February 19, 2014 Beloved wife of the late Gerrit VandeMeent. Loving mother of Rita (Tony) Klompmaker, Wilma (David) St. Amand, Carol (the late John Slater) McCulloch, John (Diane) VandeMeent and Debbie (John) Wakaluk. Dear Beppe of 11 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren. Janneke is survived by her sister Eadie Bosgra. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Strathaven, especially Yvonne.

Service

Visitation will be held at NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division Street North, Bowmanville, on Friday February 21, 2014 from 6 – 8 pm. A Funeral Service will be held at REHOBOTH CHRISTIAN REFORMED CHURCH, 130 Scugog Street Bowmanville, on Saturday February 22, 2014 at 11 am. Private family interment. Memorial Donations may be made to the Canadian Lung Association or Knox Christian School.
