Visitation will be held at NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division St. N. Bowmanville on Saturday February 27th, 2016 from 10 11:30 am. A Memorial Service will follow at 11:30 am. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made to Parkinsons Canada.
