Age 91 years Passed away peacefully at her home, Seasons Retirement Community on Friday September 26, 2014 Beloved wife of the late Hugh. Dear mother of Larry Samis (Janice), Nancy Kunkel (Paul Kerley), Judy Hooper (Bruce), Bryon Samis (Sally) and Brent Samis (Sheelagh). Adored Grandma of Tara, Tim, Vanessa, Jennifer, Brett, Jillian, Breanne, Lauren, Alesha and Amanda. Loving GG of her 13 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Laurine Peel, Dorothy Smith and Jack Henderson. She will be lovingly remembered by her nieces, nephews and many friends.

Visitation will be held at NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME 53 Division St. N. Bowmanville on Monday September 29th, 2014 from 6 – 8 pm. A Funeral Service will be held at NEWCASTLE FELLOWSHIP BAPTIST CHURCH (200 King Avenue East, Newcastle) on Tuesday September 30th, 2014 at 1 pm, with visitation from 12 – 1 pm. Interment Bowmanville Cemetery. Memorial Donations may be made to Newcastle Fellowship Baptist Church.
