Obituary of Rosa Maria Lopes de Oliveira

Age 51 years Retired School Teacher Peacefully passed away at home on Friday August 8, 2014 with her family by her side Beloved wife of Paul Lenson and proud mother of Sophia Oliveira-Lenson. Dear sister of Normelia (Julio Beirão), Fernando (Fernanda) Oliveira and Carlos Jorge (Lurdes) Oliveira. Rosa will be lovingly remembered by her nieces Cathy & Claudia and their families as well as her many other nieces and nephews overseas.

Service

Visitation will be held at the NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division St. Bowmanville, on Sunday August 10, 2014 from 5 – 8 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at ST. JOSEPH’S ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH, 127 Liberty St. S. Bowmanville on Monday August 11, 2014 at 1 pm. Cremation to follow. There will be a memorial trust set up in Rosa's name at the school she taught at (Dr. G.J. MacGillivray) and the family ask that those that wish to send flowers consider donating to her trust instead as a way of honoring her. Please make cheques payable to "Kawartha Pine Ridge D.S.B." The family have requested that you please do not wear black, but bright colours!
