My sincere condolence of the sad news of your dear wife & Mom. I have known Cecilia for many yrs & got to know all of you as I would pick up the work she did for me in Peterboro & I got see you Allan & the children as they were growing up. I was also on FB with Cecilia & would meet her out shopping or at Bingo etc. She was a true friend to all that knew her. We had many stories to tell & lots of laughs. I will cherish her memories as you will too. RIP Beth

Dear Bastien family, kindly accept my deepest condolences for the loss of your beautiful Mom and Wife Cecelia. Cec was such an extraordinary human being in every way! She was always so happy and lit up every room she walked into! I met Cec in 1994 at The Land Registry in Peterborough and we became great friends and co-workers from that moment on, she is the reason why I looked so forward to coming into work everyday! I recall so many hillarious times working with her, too many to mention but I will cherish these memories forever. My heart will forever hold a space for Cec, I will never forget her and I hope that you all can find some kind of comfort and strength knowing how much she was loved and how she loved you all ferociously.

I am so sorry for the Bastien family for their loss. Cecil was one of the most wonderful women I have ever met in my life. My childhood memories are full of laughs along with her.
