Obituary of Alan Thompson

Age 85 years After a long and valiant battle, Alan passed away peacefully on Saturday May 21st, 2016 surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of 61 years to June (nee Wiberg). Devoted father of Les, Ken (Sue), Yvonne (Martin) and Geoff (Debbie). Loving Granda to Courtney (Graeme), Samantha, Andrew, Matthew and Amanda. Great-grandfather of Madelyn and Jackson. Alan was a courageous, loving, thoughtful, funny and dedicated family man. He will be deeply missed but the memories he made with his family will be remembered forever. Our family would like to thank the staff at Hillsdale Terraces for the care they showed Alan during his time there.
