Obituary of Barry Vincent Taylor

Take him into your arms Lord, handle him with care. Make up for all he suffered, and all that seemed unfair. Suddenly in his 72nd year Barry Vincent Taylor, leaves behind his loving and devoted wife Mary Dawn (nee MacDonald), his cherished daughter Lesley Kristine and her husband Jason Stevens; his absolutely wonderful grandsons Jackson Nathanial and Carter Trent. Also survived by brother Clarence (wife Lorraine) and sister Wilma (Ball/Chevrette). Predeceased by parents Clarence (Red) and Frances, brother Leonard (wife Mary), sisters Mildred (St. Denis), Shirley (Green), Isobel (Muir), and Uncle James Mair. Though I’ve quit this mortal shore to mosey round the earth no more, Don’t weep don’t sigh, don’t give a sob I may have struck a better job. Don’t buy for me a large bouquet for which you’ll find it hard to pay. Don’t stand around me looking blue, I may be better off than you. (a/u)

Service

At Barry’s request there will be no viewing or formal service, he just wished for those who cared to remember the good times. Cremation arrangements entrusted to Bowmanville Crematorium. Final details handled by Northcutt Elliott Funeral Home, Bowmanville. Memorial Donations, for those who desire, would be greatly appreciated by Durham Region Humane Society or ROSE Volunteers Tim’s For Troops Project. Sincere Thanks to everyone who was there for him.
