Visitation will be held at NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division Street Bowmanville on Saturday February 23, 2013 from 3 6 pm. At Arthurs request, no Funeral Service will be held. Memorial Donations may be made to The Cancer Society.
