Passed away peacefully on Tuesday December 27^th, 2022 at Hope Street Terrace, Port Hope in her 98^th year.

Daughter of the late Harry & Pearl (Challis) Wilcox.  Predeceased by both her dear brother Bloyd (Spud) and his wife Jessie Wilcox.  She is lovingly remembered by her nephew Don (Carol) Wilcox and their family Caitlin (Matt), Meaghan (Chris) and Jonathan (Natasha).  She was a longtime and cherished friend of the late Arline Ayre.  Dear friend of the Hogarth, Billett and Lloyd Ayre families.  Madlyn will be especially remembered for her deep faith and community service, generosity with family, and her mischievous and independent spirit.

Visitation will be held at NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division Street North Bowmanville on Monday January 9^th, 2023 from 10 – 11 am with a Funeral Service following in the Chapel at 11 am.  Interment Bowmanville Cemetery.  Memorial Donations may be made to a Charity of your Choice.
