Age 92 years WWII Veteran Peacefully at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Veterans Unit on Thursday January 7th, 2016 Beloved husband of the late Anne (nee Rothwell) and the late Kathleen (Marchand). Dear father of Norm Allen & Sandy, Judi Wright & Ron, James Allen & Luci, Arlene Ferguson & Gord and Tom Allen and step-father to Karen & Brian Abrams. Loving grandpa to Tracy, Brandon (Lilian), Kristen, Matthew, Shawn (Nicole), Marc (Ashleigh), Kirsten, Trevor, Erin (Jonathan) and Joel (Isabella) and great-grandpa to Chantelle, Gavin, Henry, Madeline, Alexandra, Jordan, Katarina and Lilijana. Edgar was the brother of Ross & Pat Baker, Ruberta & Austin Bennett and Wally & Sandra Allen. He will be remembered by his nieces, nephews and many friends.
