Obituary of Leslie Donald Zulkowski

Former employee at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville, X-Ray Department for over 25 years. Age 78 years Passed away peacefully at home after a brief battle with lung cancer on Thursday February 5th, 2015 Les will be missed in uncountable ways by his wife Myrna, sons Derek and Russell, daughter in law Terry and grandchildren Stephanee and Christopher. Special Thank You to Les’ neighbours and friends.

Service

There will be no visitation or Memorial Service as were Les’ wishes. A Private Family Interment will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made to The Diabetes Association, Cancer Society or The Heart & Stroke Foundation and may be done through NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division Street Bowmanville, with whom arrangements are entrusted.
