Surrounded by her loving family after a brief illness, Ruth passed away on January 19^th, 2021 just 6 days after her 89^th birthday

Beloved wife of the late Dan Girardi.  Loving mother of Paula Girardi-Monteiro (Francis), Andrea Girardi-Peterman and Nancy Girardi.  Cherished G-ma of Eva, Mia and Sarah.  Ruth was predeceased by her parents Otto & Sarah Bragg and siblings Jean Stewart (the late Rob), Joyce, Stanley and Kenneth.

Visitation will be held at NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division St. Bowmanville on Friday January 22^nd from 5 – 8 pm and Saturday January 23^rd from 11 – 2 pm.  A Private Service will be held in the Chapel at 2:30 pm.  To view virtually, please follow the link below.  Private Interment Bowmanville Cemetery.  Memorial Donations may be made to St. Paul’s United Church, Community Care or The Salvation Army.

In keeping with COVID-19 regulations attendance will be limited.  Those wishing to attend must RSVP for a timeslot by calling the funeral home (905) 623-5668 the hours of 10 am – 4 pm.

All attendees must remain in their vehicle until their appointed visitation time, wear a face mask at all times and maintain physical distancing from those not in their household.
