Surrounded by her loving family, Annette passed away peacefully at home on

Tuesday September 24, 2019 at the age of 72

Beloved wife of the late Paul Fields.  Loving mother of Ryan Fields, Darcy & Bobbi-Jo Fields and Erin Troost.  Cherished Gam of Molly, Tucker & Harper-Lily.  She will be sadly missed by her siblings, Tony & Mary O’Neill, Brian & Latifa O’Neill and Sheila & Hugh Mackay.  Annette will be lovingly remembered by her nieces, nephews, extended family, as well as her beloved dog, Bailey.

Born in Kilkenny, Ireland, Annette came to Canada in 1971. A talented and dedicated Physiotherapist, she worked across the country from coast to coast in various settings.  Annette owned and operated Prospect Physiotherapy in Fredericton, New Brunswick for 14 years where she was valued both professionally and personally by her patients. 

Her enthusiasm for theatre, culture and travel and her unique ability to create new traditions at every opportunity will be cherished and continued by her children and grandchildren.

A Memorial Gathering will be held at NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division St. Bowmanville on Sunday October 20^th from 2 – 4 pm.  Memorial Donations may be made to Wheels of Hope (Canadian Cancer Society) or Durham Regional Cancer Centre.
