Obituary of Mark Wayne Hugh William Murphy

Suddenly passed away at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville on Tuesday January 15, 2019, at the age of 40.

Beloved son of Wayne and the late Pauline (nee Stapleton). Loving brother of Tamara (Dan) Munroe. Loved uncle of Anna and Gracie Munroe. Dear grandson of the late Ruth and Hugh Murphy and Phyllis and the late Bert Stapleton.  Will be greatly missed by his girlfriend Sarah Roche. Cherished nephew of Don (Karin) Murphy, Brenda Ploeger (Mike), the late Marilyn (David) Green, Donna (Junior) Tennant and Gloria (Bruce) Osborne. Adored cousin of Corey (Louis), Shannon (Craig), Joel (Amy), Kyle (Jackie Lyn), Justin (Tawnya), Marla (Laura), Jenna, Stacey, Jeff and the late Craig Green. Mark will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Visitation will be held at Trinity United Church, 116 Church St. Bowmanville, on Thursday January 24^th from 1 – 2 pm. A Service to Celebrate Mark’s life will follow at 2 pm.  Arrangements entrusted to NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division St. Bowmanville. If desired memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or to the Lakeridge Health Foundation – Cancer Care.
