Obituary of Laurie Ann Ross

Passed peacefully in her sleep at Glenhill Strathaven LTC on Wednesday January 16, 2019 with family by her side.

Beloved mother to Laura (Mario), Terri-Lynn (Douglas), and Robert (Shawna). Proud Nanny of Jennifer, Kayla, Duncan, Aliea, Jackson, Sophia, Kasandra & Gabriella and great-Nanny to Peyton-Lynn, Tristan, & Aubrie-Lynn. Sadly missed by her sister, Enid (Jacob), nieces; Rhonda, Angela, Sarah & their families. Predeceased by her husband, George; parents, Angus & Gladys Nelson; sister, Heather and brother, Paul.

Laurie is now walking her beloved dogs; Countess, Hell's Angel, Coco Puff, and Bunny Bumps on a beach in Hawaii with a Pina Colada in her hand. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the MS Society or March of Dimes in her honour, through Northcutt Elliott Funeral Home, 53 Division St. Bowmanville. A Celebration of her Life will be held at Glen hill Strathaven Lifecare Centre, 264 King St. E. in the Retirement Party Room on Saturday February 16^th at 1 pm.
