Obituary of John Stanley Sisnett

Passed away at his home on Saturday November 10, 2018, at the age of 88.

Beloved and adoring husband of 67 years to his wife Elsie (nee Taylor). Their love story began at the Aquatic Club in Barbados, they married on July 19, 1951, and moved to Canada in 1963 where they settled and spent their many love-filled years together. Dad of Steve (Joy), Wayne (Penney), and Heather. Grandfather of Leah, Danielle, Rebecca, Matthew, John, William, and Chelsea. Survived by his brother Harold (Eileen) Sisnett. John is now resting peacefully in heaven.

Visitation will be held at The 301 Campus, 301 Rossland Rd East, Oshawa - across from Calvary Baptist Church on Friday November 16th  between 7 pm – 9 pm. Arrangements entrusted to NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division St., Bowmanville. If desired, memorial donations may be made to Diabetes Canada.
