Passed away at Hillsdale Terraces, on Friday August 31, 2018, at the age of 93.

Loving husband of the late Kathleen “Peggy” Abernethy.  Loving father of Ronald (Lorraine), David (Judy), Susan, Jim (Cathy) and Janet (Dale) Marinoff. He will be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren, great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.  He was predeceased by his siblings Marge, Gordon, Florence, Ruth, Kenneth and Ronald.

A Celebration of his Life will be held at NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division St. Bowmanville, on Saturday September 8, 2018, at 2 pm.  Family and friends are welcome to gather from 1 – 2 pm.  Memorial donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society.
