Derek “Buddy” Rogers

In his 47th year

Surrounded by love, Derek passed away after a valiant battle with cancer on July 25, 2018 at Peterborough Regional Health Centre

Proud dad to Tristen Rogers (Jane Santen).  Cherished son of Don & Peggy (nee Darrach) Rogers.  Big brother of Jason (Cinnamon) Rogers.  Loving uncle to Julian and Bree.  He will be sadly missed by his aunts & uncles, Shirley Robbins, Ron (the late Nancy) Thompson, Patricia (Hugh) Little, Bob (Arlene) Darrach, Jim (Margie) Darrach, George Darrach, Joe (April) Darrach, Jim (Olga) Rogers, the late Dave Rogers, Joan (the late Don) Caskie and Mark (Lois) Rogers and their families.

Visitation will be held at Northcutt Elliott Funeral Home, 53 Division St. Bowmanville, on Sunday July 29th, 2018 from 2 – 4 & 6 – 8 pm.  A Memorial Service will take place in the Chapel on Monday July 30th, 2018 at 11 am, with visitation from 10 – 11 am.  Private Interment at Bond Head Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Durham Region Cancer Centre.
