After a lengthy illness, Jackie passed away surrounded by love on Tuesday May 29, 2018 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa

Loving mother of Chad Bevan, Shane Bevan (Krista) and Lee Bevan (Danielle).  Cherished grandma of Jessica, Jace, Braedon and Ayva.  Dear sister of Chris Wharmby (Roger) and adored aunt of Kevin & Hayley and great-aunt of Olivia & Emma.  Jackie was predeceased by her parents Beryl and Gwilym Griffiths.  Jackie spent over 40 years as a PSW in Durham Region.  She will be sadly missed by all who were lucky enough to know her.

At Jackie’s request, no Funeral Service will be held.  A Celebration of her Life will be held at a later date.  Memorial Donations may be made to Lakeridge Health Foundation ~ Dialysis Unit. Arrangements entrusted to NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division St. N. Bowmanville.
