SUSAN RUBINA MIDDLETON

(nee Chapman)

After a brief illness, Susan passed away at Sunnybrook Hospital on Tuesday November 21, 2017

Beloved wife of Tony for 36 years.  Loving mum of Anthony & his wife Kelly, Andrew & his wife Autumn, Jamie & his wife Janis and the late Robert.  Adored Nan of Piper, Paisley, Rylan, Kyler and Isabelle.  Susan was predeceased by her parents Rose & Ian Chapman and sister Angela.  Survived by her brothers John and Ian.

Friends and relatives are invited to NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division St. N. Bowmanville, for visitation on Thursday November 30th, 2017 from 6 – 8 pm.  A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday December 1st, 2017 at 11 am.  Interment Bowmanville Cemetery.  Memorial Donations may be made to Cystic Fibrosis Canada or The Cancer Society.
